Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She performed the role of Anna Garner the leading role in The Girl Experience. Brenda Woodberg was her debut movie role in the film The Babysitters. Krause started her career as a drama major at the college level, before she appeared in numerous Off-Broadway productions and in episodes of New York based TV shows. The family of her parents are both Americans. Nathaniel his younger brother is an actor as well as a director. After studying at Washington School of Ballet and performing in musicals, plays and other productions from Henry Krieger as well as Bill Russell in high school she began to focus on her interest in the arts. She attended an acting class at Carnegie Mellon Drama School after graduation from high school. Shortly after Krause realized she was able to embark on her acting career professionally. In a musical version of Aida she was awarded her Equity Card. Louisa Krause was first involved in the theatre. She was a part of the Huntington Theatre Company produced her in 2006. In 2007, she played Iphigenia in the production of Signature Theatre Company in the play Iphigenia 2. o.
